Every individual on this planet has right to spend healthy life, but today with increasing trend of fast foods health is being neglected. Kids, teens, youngster and adults all are suffering from problem of obesity. They love eating  snacks, watching TV, playing video games and spending hours on internet etc. therefore they never find time to go for some exercise in order to burn calories, they have gained in a day. How can we protect ourselves, from different health issues, which later on result as diseases? Best and most easy solution for all these problems is use of natural food. This food includes fruits, vegetables, pulse food and fresh meat or poultry items etc.

Flaxseeds are good for people who face problem of high cholesterol and constipation. This contains fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids and lignans, and they also work against cancer.
4.       Oatmeal: best breakfast when you are on diet. Oats are good for controlling cholesterol and weight reduction. It is best to add oats in your breakfast daily. According to some experts, long coked oats work better than quick oats.
5.       Green tea: works as best antioxidant for human body. People use this to burn fats from body and increase metabolism. Green tea is good source of poluphenols, Chinese use it after every meal. That is reason of their health.
