The holiday season is upon us and with it brings the joy of family, food and fun. Delicious food, shopping, cleaning and travelling become the most priority. No doubt stress level also increases but there should be some techniques taken care to avoid it and enjoy the holidays in a healthy environment.
Modern life has become extremely hectic and busy that there is no space for spending some time in isolation in fact. The materialistic approach towards earning the money and spending on the material comfort makes the individual inefficient and makes life monotonous and unexcited. Convention routine makes a person frustrated and behavior become so disturbed.
Relaxation is very important and necessary for the healthy growth of body and mind. Holidays come with a healthy wave and provide a relief to the dull routine and stress of work. It provides energy and the boost to mind and body to work more enthusiastically in the future. It is very obvious that holidays provide relief when they are spent in a proper way and manner. Holidays can be spent while gossiping or playing cards which are totally burdened to mind and there is no relief to the recreation factor. Today’s world is full of evil and a person can be tended to adopt those factors from which they seek the easiest but it is very necessary to spend holidays in a healthy and caring manner so it does not cause any kind of problem or influence the mind or body in any way.
WAYS TO SPEND HOLIDAYS
There are many ways to spend holidays nowadays; the ways vary from individual to individual. It depends upon the nature of the job he is doing or the daily routine, if individual work where physical exertion is more than the mind and body would need rest and relaxation. Some people take it adventure more exciting way of spending a holiday. They find it the most healthy way to recreate them self. Traveling new places open the mind and add more knowledge. Most youngsters are mostly benefited to this trip of the holiday. This experience in walking lonely place and adventurous place provides the relaxation to mind. Some of the people loves to read books which are the latest in the market and makes them to be attached to companies. They can learn many aspects of life and can be literate.
QUALITY OF HOLIDAYS:
There are many different kinds of pleasure they are basically the way of getting the pleasure of healthy holidays. Holidays are the mainstream of getting cooler and the positive wave of pleasure to work further in future if utilized in a positive manner. One thing should be taken care; holidays should not be overstrained or lose the interest or charm, if it does then we will be full of stress and dull on returning to the work. Spending the holiday in a healthy manner and getting full positive energy to the mind and body reflects the disciplined, cultured and civilized person.


If the journey is by car then following points are going to be taken care of;
Þ     Pack a water cooler, snacks in fact a complete meal for the travelling. Vegetables, fruits, peanut butter sandwich, chips, and all the handy food which is easy to while travelling.

Þ     Do not skip your meals and eat with 4 hours difference which keeps you active and provide energy while travelling.

Þ     Avoid overeating while moving

Þ     Plan small breaks and physical activity which gives a lot of energy when back in the car.

Þ     Do not take drinks which make you dull like coffee but drink water as much as you can.

Þ     Check out from the airline about the food to be served or not, if not than arrange the food.

Þ     Dehydration most probably can occur on flights so drinking water can be beneficial and avoids dehydration.

Þ     In long flights try to walk when the environment is stable, It will help to get freshness and energy.

Having a healthy holiday is the key factor should be taken care in any case; food needs to be controlled and not too much extra colorized, physical exercise maintains the body and mind to be alert. Following are some important tips while having healthy holidays;



STAYING IN SHAPE;
If you are staying in hotel try to avoid the hotel food and try getting the healthy food nearby or shop from the grocery store. STRESS RELIEF;
Eating the right thing and physical exercise makes you stress relief in a good manner. Stress makes you gain weight so it needs to be avoided. Try to say NO to things you don’t need to do, our friends and family will be happy while seeing to be conscious about the health and happiness. Beware of the high calorie food and avoid the parties where heavy meal is offered, try to be choosy on the food and select the food which do not upset your health and mood. Try to eat vegetables and fruits. You can enjoy all the invitations and treats you have to do is pick the vegetables more and other food less and you can eat that.
During the holiday season the kitchen goes under the very big change, the use this stuff which we do not use a lot in daily life like butter, chocolate, peanut, and the food which can be harmful to health. The proper healthy diet is needed to be followed. No doubt the cooking and great food around you are most attracted and mouthwatering persuade to eat but the will power should be strong enough to control the behavior. If you are planning to have holidays in any country or tourist place, it is the most adventurous idea. By moving to another place where you can see different culture, places, hotels, people your mind blows with freshness and you will be able to get active. Tourism is across the world also, many countries like, United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, Nepal, India, Sirilanka, Turkey, and many more beautiful places on earth which provides healthy and responsible tourism. There some suggestions while travelling a is a tourist to avoid an abnormal condition;

On holidays you need to be also very careful. There are many distractions while on holidays so it should be taken highly care of. Spend more time to complete the tasks but do not try to hurry as it can be dangerous in some places. Try to carry less weight while using the stairs.
